Kecan vastu haanikaarakam bhavati, yada tatra swaartha` aagacchati. Udaahara0Iaroope Bhaarate pracalit ‘Var0Ia’ athawaa ‘Var0IaVyavastaa’ prastuta: yasya utpatti: Rigvedaasya 
‘Puruz Shuktaat’manyate. Ya: kathayati
{Kawano ceej haanikaarak ho jaalaa, jab oh me` swaarth aajaalaa. Udaaharan khaatir hamani ke Bhaarat ke ‘Jaati’ caahe ‘Jaati Prathaa’ ke le lee`:
‘Jaati Prathaa’ ke suruaat Rigved ke ‘Purus Sukt’ se bhail baa. 
Je kahataa: 
[Anything becomes detrimental when it is used for selfish gains. As an example let us take 'Cast System' or 'Casts' prevalent in India: 
'Cast System' trickles from 
the 'Purush Sukta' of ‘Rigveda Sanhitaa’. This states]:

Puruzasya 4 Angai:, tasy samvardhanam bhavati. Tathaiva ‘Janasya’, ‘deshasya’, ‘Samaajasya’ Samvardhanaaya ca 4 PrakaaraJanaa: aavasyakam:

{Ego Pusus ke 4 mukhya bhaag holaa, je oh aadmi ke rakh rakhaaw aa baD*e khaatir jaroori holaa. Osahee` kawano ‘Aadmi’, ‘desh’ aa ‘Samaaj’ kkaatir 4 tarah ke logan ke jaroorat holaa.}

[There are 4 main parts of a Person which are essential for the proper functioning and growth of the person.

The same way for the proper functioning and growth of a
'Mankind as a whole', a 'Country' or a 'Society',
4 kinds of persons are required]:

1. Braahmanaa:, Vicaarakaa:, Abhikalpakaa: {So`ce samhaje waalaa, Dijaain kare waalaa}[Thinkers, Designers,]

[In absence of any of the above Parts of a Person, the ‘Person’ 
(read a 'Mankind as a whole', a 'Country' or a 'Society') 
cannot function properly.]

Kaushalaroope ete saralaani, ye Rigvede Puruz Shukte likhitaani.
{Peshaa ke roop me` ee baRaa seedhaa baa, jaisan ki Rigved ke ‘Purus Sukta’ me` kahal baa}
[Professionally this is so simple as explained by the ‘Rigved Sanhita’ in its Purush Shukta.]

[Started thinking: a particular ‘Cast’ superior or inferior to other one.]

[Restricting marriages of matured boys and girls between the same ‘Cast’, making it a ‘Water tight Compartment”.]

2.4 Chootaachoot bhedaBhaava:
{Jaatiyan me` Choot aa Achoot ke bhed je pahile rahe, kahau aajo hoi.}
[The worst part of the ‘Cast System’ was (is > in some areas) ‘Untouchability’]

[Still worst part of the ‘Cast System’ is:
it has grown from just  “4 Professional Casts” to “1000s of Casts”: Latter is made to develop leaps & bounds, by the ‘Politicians for their Selfish Gains of Vote Bank”.]

{Rigved ke ‘Purush Sukt’ ta ‘4 Jaatiyan’ ke milaa ke ego Purush banawale baa. > Feru caaro Aarya jaatiyan ke algaaw ke baat kaha`waa se aail?}
[‘Purush Sukta’ of Rigveda makes assimilation of the ‘4 Varnaas’ i.e. Brahman, Xatreeya, Vaisha and Shudra into ‘One Purush’. Even Manusmriti says for ‘Intercast marriages’. But persons like Bheemrao Ambedkar couldn’t understand these, and kept on changing his cast and religion.] 

{Uupar je kuchuo likhal baa, uu 'Purush Sukt', 'Brahma Purush' ke barnan ha, je Rigved ke 10.90 pa baa. Jagah aa samay ke kami ke calate, eehaa` pooraa Sukt ke naa likh ke khaali kuch asal Mantra likhal jaataa}:

"Brahmans, Xatriyas, Vaishyas & Shudras", the last is not the least as they represent 'Go~R' or god, Raam: 'Ramateti Rama:'. 
Considering this fact some Sudra's surname is 'Ram' e.g. The famous Indian social worker and politician past Dy PM of India 
'Shri Jagjeevan Ram'. 
I respected Shri J. Ram as an Uncle, he respected me as a Brahman. In nut shell:

be it: Nelson Mandela, Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King Jr, APJ Abdul Kalam,

Kecan vastu haanikaarakam bhavati, yada tatra swaartha` aagacchati. Udaahara0Iaroope Bhaarate pracalit ‘Var0Ia’ athawaa ‘Var0IaVyavastaa’ prastuta: yasya utpatti: Rigvedaasya
‘Puruz Shuktaat’manyate. Ya: kathayati
{Kawano ceej haanikaarak ho jaalaa, jab oh me` swaarth aajaalaa. Udaaharan khaatir hamani ke Bhaarat ke ‘Jaati’ caahe ‘Jaati Prathaa’ ke le lee`:
‘Jaati Prathaa’ ke suruaat Rigved ke ‘Purus Sukt’ se bhail baa.
Je kahataa:
[Anything becomes detrimental when it is used for selfish gains. As an example let us take 'Cast System' or 'Casts' prevalent in India:
'Cast System' trickles from
the 'Purush Sukta' of ‘Rigveda Sanhitaa’. This states]:

Puruzasya 4 Angai:, tasy samvardhanam bhavati. Tathaiva ‘Janasya’, ‘deshasya’, ‘Samaajasya’ Samvardhanaaya ca 4 PrakaaraJanaa: aavasyakam:

{Ego Pusus ke 4 mukhya bhaag holaa, je oh aadmi ke rakh rakhaaw aa baD*e khaatir jaroori holaa. Osahee` kawano ‘Aadmi’, ‘desh’ aa ‘Samaaj’ kkaatir 4 tarah ke logan ke jaroorat holaa.}

[There are 4 main parts of a Person which are essential for the proper functioning and growth of the person.

The same way for the proper functioning and growth of a
'Mankind as a whole', a 'Country' or a 'Society',
4 kinds of persons are required]:

1.    Braahmanaa:, Vicaarakaa:, Abhikalpakaa: {So`ce samhaje waalaa, Dijaain kare waalaa}[Thinkers, Designers,]

[In absence of any of the above Parts of a Person, the ‘Person’
(read a 'Mankind as a whole', a 'Country' or a 'Society')
cannot function properly.]

Kaushalaroope ete saralaani, ye Rigvede Puruz Shukte likhitaani.
{Peshaa ke roop me` ee baRaa seedhaa baa, jaisan ki Rigved ke ‘Purus Sukta’ me` kahal baa}
[Professionally this is so simple as explained by the ‘Rigved Sanhita’ in its Purush Shukta.]

[The Root causes of the detrimental effect of the

2.1           Kecan nawajaata ShizuJaati, tasya Maataa Pitaawat nirdhaar0Ie.
{Kawano nawjaat ke ‘Jaat’, okar maai- baap ke jaati maanal}
[Deciding the ‘Cast’ of a new born baby by the ‘Birth’ in a particular family of particular ‘Cast’.]

2.2           Ucca Jaati, nimna Jaati maanyataa.
{Jaatiyan ke uu`c aa neec maanal}
[Started thinking: a particular ‘Cast’ superior or inferior to other one.]

2.3           SwaJaatiSah Vivaaham, hena Jaati bandhitaa.
{Eke jaati ke laikaa laikiyan ke biaah, je jaatiyan ke baanh ke rakh delas.}
[Restricting marriages of matured boys and girls between the same ‘Cast’, making it a ‘Water tight Compartment”.]

2.4           Chootaachoot bhedaBhaava:
{Jaatiyan me` Choot aa Achoot ke bhed je pahile rahe, kahau aajo hoi.}
